Minimum wage is for high school kids. With a little creativity you should be able to break above minimum wage, and the time saved will have multiplicative positive implications on your life.
Almost everyone has the skills to work for a temp agency. This clerical work is pleasant (although mundane) and almost always pays over minimum wage. Another idea is to find something unionized, such as a warehouse worker or tollbooth collector.
If you can’t find a job that pays more, consider taking things into your own hands. People with money will always pay money for convenience. Think of ways you can offer your time to make someone else’s tedious task possible.
If you know how to “Internet” there are plenty of opportunities out there for writing, and social networking skills. If you can’t think of anything you can do, let us know and we’ll help you brainstorm.
