How to Cancel EOS Fitness

These steps will guide you through cancelling EOS Fitness by Certified Mail. This process should take about 30 minutes.

Follow These Steps:

Step 1
Compose a letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and keep a copy for your records.
Step 2
You’ll need to use certified mail and send it to the address provided to you by the gym
Step 3
Dial the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
Step 4
Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
Step 5
Keep the cancellation info you are given on file just in case
